How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. Standard delivery within the US typically arrives 5-10 business days after shipping. We recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks before your cruise departure to ensure everything arrives in time.

Do you ship internationally?

We primarily ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package from our facility to your door.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. See our full refund policy for details.

Sizing & Fit

How do your shirts fit?

Our standard t-shirts, long sleeves, and sweatshirts are unisex and run true to size with a classic relaxed fit. Ladies tees and ladies tanks are a women's cut with a slimmer, more fitted silhouette. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit, especially for layering on cool Alaska cruise days.

What sizes do you carry?

Most styles are available from Small through 3XL. Some products like our Comfort Colors tees go up to 4XL. Ladies cuts are available from S to 2XL. Check the individual product page for exact size availability.

Do your shirts shrink?

Our shirts are pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage. We recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low for the best results. Following care instructions will keep your Alaska cruise shirt looking great for years.
